get data another digit with 7 segment display

how to retrieve a data segment pin abcdefg that should different between 1 and digit 2

example : digit 1 display number 7
digit 2 display number 3

i am always get same data between 7 or 3 and never get diferent data like only 7 and 3 its alway 7 7 or 3 3

i think thata segment pin abcdefg always connected with another digit
