getting error with uno

I would like to use arduinos uno for barn door mount tracker application
mainly to control the stepper motor with easy stepper controller using accel stepper library .After compiling and uploading to the Arduino over USB,

I get the following error screen shot attached

can someone pl help

Says your USB interface is not working.
Is the USB driver installed?
Is the correct Tools:Serial port selected?
Check Device Manager:Ports, make sure there's no ! in your driver icon.
