Getting pressure data from MPX 2102A

I am fresh to arduino and electronics, and now i need to get pressure data from the MPX2102.

The typical voltage output is 0 - 40mV, and it is a way far from analog input 0 - 5V on arduino.

Since I am not knowing much on electronics, I would like to ask:

  1. how can I measure the pressure, and
  2. the conversion from analog read voltage to pressure.

Is that I must use an amplifier of gain 125 to let me getting correct data? If yes, may someone please teach me how to make it? Because although I know there is something called op amp, but dont know how to use it or connect it in daily practice.

One more thing, there are pins of V+ , V- , what are their meanings?

Thanks a lot!

Over 10000 hits if you Google "mpx2102 arduino", and this one looks very useful.

Thanks JimboZA.
Actually I have also read through that document,
is that the pressure will be given by 125*( [V+] -[V-]) instead of 5?
