I just purchased a package consisting of a Nano Esp32,and one year of cloud. There was no introductory documentation included on how to connect to a PC (an Android tablet in my case) and getting the tools to recognize my board. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

In relation to your PC, unfortunately you can't use an Android tablet to develop the software and the dashboards. You will need to use a Windows, Mac or Linux PC.
You can indeed use your Android tablet to visualize your dashboards once they are created.
