Getting started?

Hi, I am relatively new here, so I was wondering what is the best way to learn the arduino programming language? I have been planning a project that gets information from Weather.com and then depending on what kind of weather there is I would like a specific message to be played in the form of an mp3 file. Basically I would like to like to know to program with arduino (I don't expect you to explain it all to me, but if you could give me a link or something that would be awesome), how to get the weather from weather.com (I know a few other languages and still have never found a way to do this..) and lastly how would I make a different mp3 play depending on weather variables. I was thinking the way to go would be use if statements that are triggered by that information from weather.com. Is there any special thing I need no buy/do to play or store those mp3 files? Thanks!

The below code (using an w5100 Ethernet shield) gets weather data and displays it in the serial monitor. search the forum for weather and you should get many previous post on the subject.

The Arduino programming language is C++. There are at least three C++ books in print, and at least 2 internet sources that discuss C++. There are schools here and there, around the world, that teach C++ programming.
