I have just cancelled and ordre for more Arduino Nano RP2040 Connect, as they dont work. I have try follow the guides for both Arduino Idé and your web tool, but none can upload to the boards (I have 5). So please provide a guide which just work with Arduino ide or let me know how to return the boards and get a full refund ?
Hi @allangreen. I'm sorry to hear about the Nano RP2040 Connect troubles. It sounds like you are mostly interested in providing feedback to the people who write the official documentation for the Arduino products, but the forum community is also here. If you provide detailed information about the problem you are having, including the full and exact text of any error or warning messages you might be getting, then we will try to help you out. I have one of these boards and didn't encounter any errors uploading yet.
You should contact the seller you purchased the boards from about that. If it was purchased from the Arduino Store, then you can use the contact form here:

I have try many times to make it work om my Ubuntu PC , so today I installed Windows on a old PC, installed Arduino ide, add the boards and it worked first time. So i will keep my old PC alive just for this board for now.
On Linux, you might need to run this command:
sudo ~/.arduino15/packages/arduino/hardware/mbed_nano/2.5.2/post_install.sh
The above command assumes you are using version 2.5.2 of the "Arduino Mbed OS Nano Boards" platform of the Nano RP2040 Connect. If you have a different version (it is shown in the Arduino IDE Boards Manager), then adjust that part of the path in the command.
Now it works thx , would have love to find that line days ago
I'm very glad to hear it's working!
Before making my previous reply, I went looking for an official reference about the script I could point you to, and was surprised that I didn't find one. It seems like it would be a useful thing to have documented for the benefit of Linux users.
