Getting timeout error for code

I am using arduino 1.5.2 and Mega 2560 board....When I try to upload a code which is 59 KB is size to the board the error I am getting is that there was a timeout..... The error is stk500v2_Recieve Message(): timeout

Hi, I, think 1.5.x is for Arduino Due.

Try 1.05..

First, can you upload Blink?? Always start there...

yes I am able to upload blink code......Only 1 specific code is creating problem....
