getting Xbee S1 to talk to other Zigbee modules

I am trying to construct a zigbee network but currently i have 1 Xbee S1 with shield and and Adruino uno board and 2 cirronet ZNM2405 development boards. Can these two boards communicate and if so how?

XBee S1 modules (now called XBee 802.15.4) do not speak ZigBee.

Interestingly, a Google search for ZNM2405 returns only this post, and a few hits on license plate numbers :fearful:

I noticed that. That's why I asked OP for a link. The license plate stuff didn't seem relevant. I can't imagine what purpose there would be trying to get an XBee to talk to a license place.
