GFX Library Permission denied

Running Arduino 1.8.5 on Windows 10 x 64. Have tried the latest version of the IDE 1.8.16 but get the same result when compliing a code which contains a reference to a the Adafruit_GFX libary

Update : Problem found with a over sensitive setting in my Ransome ware protection settings
