It will be formatted in a scrolling window that makes it easier to read.
Can you please post a copy of your circuit, in CAD or a picture of a hand drawn circuit in jpg, png?
Which analog pin are you using A5?
If so;
int probePin = 5;
Should be;
int probePin = A5;
Then connect pin A5 to gnd then 5V, see if your get min and max readings.
Use a potentiometer to check your input as you may not have a calibrated ghost nearby.
