Giga display shield LVGL examples don't work

The developers of the Arduino_H7_Video library have already added support for LVGL 9.x , but that was done after the time of the latest 4.1.1 release of the Arduino Mbed OS Giga Boards platform so the fix is not currently available when using the release version of the platform.
