Giga R1 seems dead (Solved hold BOOT0 button down for 5 seconds)

I have been having some issues with this board and now it seems totally dead. Green led by usb connection is lit.

On OSX looking at the logs I get no USB connection at all, trying to put it in DFU also no connection.

JLINK cannot attach to it.

STLINK cannot attach to it.

Anyone have any ideas?

So I saw another post here from @mjcother about holding the BOOT0 button down for 5 seconds and tried that, DFU then popped up and I could refresh the boot loader and everything is back now.
