Giga wifi, stepper motor, single 12V supply

I built a stepper driver for focus stacking using a giga wifi, giga shield, and a DRV8825 controller. During testing I supplied 12V to the DRV8825 motor supply and supplied the giga wifi from the computer. There is a logic ground from the giga wifi to the DRV8825. Is it ok to supply both the giga wifi and the motor from the same 12V?

If the power supply can handle the amps, and the motor driver doesn't produce too much noise, then yes.
