"Gigs and Collaboration" location on site?

Hello everyone,

I am new to the site and I am looking to hire someone to help with a project but I cannot seem to find the "gigs and collaborations" section I keep seeing referenced. Can someone please explain how to navigate there from the homepage? (no links please)

I think it was moved to "Jobs and Paid Consultancy" in "Community".
