I can not plug my board (Mega 2560). It was working normally and as of Saturday (10/18/2018) it does not plug any more.
I also tried with a Genuino Uno board, also did not plug.

You might have a damaged USB cable. Check whether it works for data on a different device.
A little more information would also go a long way to helping.
Are you using the ONLINE IDE AKA "CREATE" ?
If so are you using USB 3.0 or 2.0 ports ?
What OS ?
What browser ?
Did you select the correct COM port from DEVICE MANAGER ?
Did you select the correct flavour of MEGA 1280 or 2560 ?
BTW it is not yet October in this section of the universe
