I have the Newhaven ks0108 GLCD display connected to the Arduino Uno with discrete wires. Using the example code in the 'KS0108 Graphics LCD library' for some reason the two halves of the display are reversed from the photo in the above mentioned library. That is, the 'FPS= 9' rounded rectangle is on the left side of the display, while the other rectangle is on the right.. I'm new at this so I ask what might I do to correct this?

If your display has two 'enable' pins then reverse the connections to them.
[Edit] Sorry - there's only one 'Enable' pin, you have to reverse the 'Chip Select' pins.
If you look around a bit you will see information for this. There is a troubleshooting section - on the playground page.
If you have the glcd v3 library (which I highly recommend over v2) There is a troubleshooting section - in the pdf file documentation included with the library - in the html documentation included with the library
Reversing the two chip select pins solved it. Thanks Don
