Why does the thread title mention Glediator/Arduino micro pro, while you are trying to compile the code for a Leonardo?

First off refer to the post above you. Second of all "Glediator" is an open source ws2812b led matrix control software that communicates to the arduino through serial communication. Third of all the arduino pro micro is a clone and on the box it says to upload as a leonardo. If you have any further questions do not hesitate to ask them but also please have some respect.
