global web control methods

hello i'm doing a project at the moment in which I'd like a user to be able to log on and control my arduino. Im quite new to web based stuff but Ive gathered that for global use I need something to go between the network my arduino is on and the user wherever they may be. I've so far had a quick look at yaler , teleduino and near bus and was just wondering if anyone had had experience with these or other global control methods?

to be specific I'd like users to be able to log on to the site without a password and also to have a live audio and video stream on the same page an the interface , I have another person on the team who will be doing the coding for the site but looking at some of the above methods it seems a lot are account login type things ?

I've so far just been experimenting with controlling my uno via devices in the same network using an ethernet shield.

sorry If this question isn't very specific were at a very initial stage in the project.

I suspect there are several Governments that would love to be able to do global web control.

Don't let them into the secret

...R

ha mean to control my arduino over the web from a device not in the same network , I don't know a better way of phrasing that

Raising a long dead question... did you get anywhere in deciding what to use? I found teleduino and nearbus on my own. I hadn't heard of yaler before, so thanks for that. What did you end up doing? Did you find others?
