GND separation and separate power supply

Hi guys,
i need to pick up the signal from gnd from three sensors , how to do it. I am using arduino mega . The power supply of board where are the sensors is separate .
I have no idea how to do this.

Thank you very much

The sensors and the Arduino need a common GND to give a common point of reference for the measurement of the voltage level by the Arduino

The sensors and the Arduino should have a common GND connection, then you can sense the voltages on 3 separate Arduino pins

What type of sensors are they

Posting a schematic, not a frizzy picture with links to "Technical" information on the hardware devices will help us ensure you get a good answer.

Thank you very much.

Your diagram does not help.
You NEED to provide:
1: LINKS to the data sheets for the sensors
2: an explanation of what you hope to achieve. So eg if the sensors are switches you can place a resistor in the ground connection that will give a logic level signal the arduino can use.
