Gnuplot on Yun

I wanted to install gnuplot on the yun (on my virtual environment), so I tried ALL these commands over SSH:

 /opt/python/bin/pip install gnuplot

/opt/python/bin/pip install --allow-unverified gnuplot

/opt/python/bin/pip install --allow-external gnuplot

/opt/python/bin/pip install --allow-all-external gnuplot

/opt/python/bin/pip install --allow-unverified gnuplot --allow-all-external gnuplot

But the terminal only shows this....

Downloading/unpacking gnuplot

...and then SSH disconnects and the Yun reboots... there is also no log-file created.

My virtualenv is istalled on a 2GB SD (directory: /opt ), so disk space shouldn't be the problem...

EDIT: I know that I could simply install gnuplot on the Yuns internal memory (with opkg install gnuplot), but I want to install gnuplot on the SD....

gnuplot for python is "gnuplot-py"

cd /tmp
wget http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/repo/pkgs/gnuplot-py/gnuplot-py-1.8.tar.gz/abd6f571e7aec68ae7db90a5217cd5b1/gnuplot-py-1.8.tar.gz
pip install gnuplot-py-1.8.tar.gz
 import numpy

ImportError: No module named numpy

gnuplot-py need numpy support, but AR9331 has no floating point support.

Makefile of numpy at Openwrt:

DEPENDS:=+python-mini @TARGET_x86||TARGET_olpc||TARGET_uml @BROKEN

Use gnuplot which does not require numpy as work around.
