Yes I think we might need a bit more information about what "do goalkeeper" actually means to you.
I have trouble working out how a camera and a geared motor are ever going to stop goals.

My point was that the OP has not done us the courtesy of reading the forum guidelines but is assuming we have psychic superpowers and that we are happy to go hunting the interweb to find out what they are talking about.
It seems that the info provided in this thread is what OP is really trying to do.
If so, it's a tall order and probably impossible to pull off with a puny Arduino (distinguishing the ball from the goalie & accurately tracking a fast moving ball in 3D).
I do Robot Goalkeeper. I use pixy cmucam5 as an input to detect the ball.
How about to make DC motor to closed loop motor? Which one is better between DC motor or Stepper motor to do a closed loop motor?
