Anyone have a good reccomendation for an hbridge that can handle 3 amps continuous for about 15 seconds and 6 amps for 1 second at the end?
Pololu's high-current motor drivers all seem to use some of ST's bridges, like the VNH5019, VNH2SP30, VNH3SP30, etc. Check out ST's web site at st.com for info on these guys.

The Rugged Circuits Yellowjacket: 802.11 WiFi module with ATmega328P microcontroller, only 1.6" x 1.2", bootloader
The LMD18200T (MOSFET H-bridge) is almost good enough (3A continuous, 6A for 0.2s only though...) If you find something similar but higher ratings let us know!
The TLE 5205-2 can handle 5A continuous and 6A for 1 sek (if I read the datasheet right ?)
