GP2D05 distance sensor

Hello,

i just got the GP2D05 distance sensor from my university to work with. The datasheet does not really help me how to get this ting working.

The datasheet link does not work either...

Try google: arduino gpd2 and you will find similar sensors and code

The wiring is simple and the code too, from then on it depends what you want to do..

i got 4 ports not 3 like in the given example. google doesnt help aswell.

Use only those 3 ports and see what happens..

There is a schematic that shows exactly the wiring, you have Vcc, Vout, Vin and Gnd pins..
Vin has a diode as you can see..
