GPS Best Value

What's the consensus as to the best GPS receiver for the money?

What are most folks using in their Arduino-GPS projects?

That may be what some people use but it is not exactly cheap. I have used a number of different receivers. Recently I used a BlueNext BN909GR bluetooth GPS receiver that has fast fix and it is sirfIII. If you take off the case then there are pads providing access to the GPS serial and you get a free 3.7v li-ion battery. I didn't manage to use the bluetooth though but there are pads for that as well. The best thing is that they are less than £25 in most places:

Be careful with the pads though or they will break off. Not for someone who is new to electronics...
