Here is some info concerning your GPS:
Supports NMEA0183 V2.2 data protocol
Includes cable for power, TTL and RS-232 connections
so just look over the NMEA standard to see what it is ... and connect the TTL and /or RS-232....

I would stick to the TTL output only. The RS232 output is a voltage high enough to damage the Arduino. TinyGPS a sketch by Mikal Hart is a good place to start. It's available in the playground.
