GPS shield problem

Cant get it working. tring to run TinyGPS++ Fullexample. The shield has a GSTAR (Gs 96u7) chip.
I have tested all GPSBaud rates from 2400 to 38400 but I only get "No GPS data received"

The GPS "puck" is outside

Post a link to the GPS.
Post a schematic showing how it is connected to the Arduino.
Post your code.

You've given us NOTHING to help you.

sorry, the shield looks like this

but with another chip ( GSTAR)
It is put directly on the Arduino uno

Board info:
BN: Arduino/Genuino Uno
VID: 2341
PID: 0043
SN: 85436323431351107101

the code is from the TinyGPS example
I have only tested different baud rates

FullExample.ino (4.41 KB)

found data on the GSTAR chip and it seams that it uses 9600 as default baudrate

GPS module GSTAR.pdf (80 KB)

attached picture of GPS antenna

Problem solved ! On bord RXD and TXD has been printed wrong
