GPS time/date to DS3231

Hello, all
is it possible to write the time/date from a GPS device (skylab SKM52) to an DS3231
and shutdown the GPS to save energy. in other way how to sync the DS3231 from a GPS.
and that the rtc work with the DS3231

I use the library NMEAGPS an ssd1306 Oled.

have somone an example that I can use?

Use the time library. Look at the examples there.

I use a separate programme to set DS3231. The same code could just as easily be used as a part of a subroutine.
