GPS tracker prototype to project

I'm building a Bike tracking web application and app for that i built a prototype with NEo 6m , esp8266 and SIM 800L. But comparing to other devices they had a simple PCB . I want to do the same for this project since i'm from a softaware background i'm not sure how to do it.Also i looks for the pre built one where i can code the device to send the data to my own server i could not find.

Please suggest , How can i convert my Proptotype to Real product or prebuilt one

Thanks

When you say 'Bike' what type of 'Bike' do you mean ?

i mean tracking a vehicle , motor bike , car , truck anything.

Save yourself a lot of pain and trouble, and hire a professional to design the PCB. The design files are sent off to a PCB fab, some of which can even populate the board with parts.

The result will probably be more expensive than simply buying a GPS tracker.

Converting breadboard projects into 'Real Products' is not so easy.

Suggest you either employ someone to do it for you or spend some years learning and practising PCB and product design.

However, there must be heaps of GPS\SIM trackers out there ready to buy.

The SIM 800 is getting REALLY old now (2G old), I suggest a 76xx or similar for two reasons…
The 7600 have GPS within the same chip, and. also have spare CPU resources - maybe enough to implement your whole project - and they’re. 4G compatible.

There may be enough resources to implement your whole project in a single chip on a simple board..
