was looking for some info or a parts suggestion. I am trying to have multiple flight vehicles with gps trackers in them and i want to have one display/ control board to control and track them all so I could turn on one vehicle launch activate a switch mid flight then repeat the process infinite times. again any info or parts suggestions would help greatly thanks in advance

There are countless Arduino GPS tracker projects posted on line, including several in this forum. Your favorite search engine will find them.
Quadcopters? Model airplanes? Real airplanes?
Do you have a radio connection to each?
An infinite number of 'flight vehicles' or switches or both?
