GRBL Clone axis not working

Hey guys,

I'm trying to clone my Y axis using the CNC shield and i've attached the 2 jumper cables on the Y-axis cloning. But the cloning does not work.

My stepper motors and drivers all work I checked that but when I try to clone the Y-axis only the motor on the Y axis spins not the one connected to A if i switch these it's the other way around.

Do i have to enabe something on GBRL or anything?

You should ask the GRBL user forum. last I knew, GRBL only supported three axies!

Can we assume that you are using a CNC shield?
