Hello,
I am from Mexico and I am using a local chip with Arduino gsm shield. When I try to connect to the network I receive the next error:

PIN & PUK locked. Use PIN2/PUK2 in a mobile phone.

Any suggestion to fix this issue.

Hello,
I found the problem, i have to open the gsm example: band management and select band number 6 for south and center America, and dont use any pin number.
