GSM , RF433mhs connected to uno board problem occurs

in my circuit , i used GSM and RF 433mhz with atmega328.

when no sim card insert , uno works well without hangs

When sim card insert , uno works for some time but it hangs

i can't find out the problem in software or hardware.
