GSM Shield 2 won't turn on automatically

Hi everyone,

I'm using the GSM Shield 2 in a security project, and all is well, except the GSM Shield won't turn on by itself after a power loss. This is a problem.

When I say doesn't turn on, the ON LED is always orange when powered, but until the power button is pressed the STATUS and NET LED do not light, and the program doesn't work.

I saw here that you can short two points on the underside of the board, which i have done, but it hasn't changed the behaviour of it at all.

I'm out of ideas at this point, does any know if maybe the GSM shield 2 doesn't feature automatic turn on?

The Arduino GSM Shield 2 (with audio jack) is actually a product of Arduino.org, not Arduino.cc who pay for this site.
