GSM Shield for Arduino Uno

Hello everyone,

I have an Arduino Uno kit and I'd like to know which GSM Shield should I buy in order to develop some GSM-related stuff (send & receive messages or calls). There are two options: one that costs around 13$ (A000043) and one that costs around 100$ (A000105). Any important differences between them?

The SIM800 modules appear to be able to do this quite well, and are cheap (about 20-25 of my type of dollars; don't know about yours).
