I want to build a pulse-oximeter with gy max30100 sensor but when I connect all the pins in their place (VIN-5V / GND-GND / SCL-A5 / SDA-A4) nothing happens .I read on internet that this sensors are a little bit buggy .How can I solve this problem?

The code is uploaded ,don't worry about this ,but it just doesn't work like the LED is not lighting
