I want to build a pulse-oximeter with gy max30100 sensor but when I connect all the pins in their place (VIN-5V / GND-GND / SCL-A5 / SDA-A4) nothing happens .I read on internet that this sensors are a little bit buggy .How can I solve this problem?

Which led? If it's the power led on the Arduino, you have connected things wrong or your sensor is faulty.
