h-bridge

I've made a H-Bridge like the one in the image ..diodes are missing and I am using IRF730 mosfets but the tension that gets to the motor is lower than the battery's one :'(....Please ,if anyone could help me to fix this problem

http://mechatronics.mech.northwestern.edu/design_ref/actuators/hbridge.gif

I am using IRF730 mosfets

What are the numbers on the end of the mosfet? Some versions (730A) need 10V or so to turn them on fully where as the surface mount packages (730pbf) will turn on with 5V.

These numbers??? 3J 2A

IRF730
p836xa
3J 2A

It needs to be a number after the IFR730 bit, the other are just date code and batch numbers. What sort of package is it in?

Also could you post a schematic of what you have actually built, that last link was just a block diagram of the H-bridge not a schematic.

Well there aren't another information written on my mosfets...But i tried to apply a another voltage to the gate(9V) and it worked...what do you think about about TIP122or could you recomand me another type of tranzistors for making a H bridge to control a 6V DC motor with arduino...
Thanks a lot
