Hack Wireless PIR with Arduino

Hi, this is my first time using a forum, so please don't report me...

I have bought a 433mhz wireless pir off of ebay (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/400858591903) and a 433mhz chip also of ebay, I have connected this to my arduino but I cannot pick up the signal. How can i get this to work?
