Yet again, you have missed the point. If you can't learn to provide us with useful information, helping you is going to be nearly impossible.
Whether the camera and monitor work together is irrelevant if they aren't connected in such a way that will allow the Video Experimenter shield to sit between them, so again - What is the connection between them? Is it Composite Video? If you don't know, then tell us exactly what equipment you have, or better yet, provide links.
I have ran a code for the 3axis bat I don't see it working.
But you haven't told us what code, which accelerometer board you have - provide a link, or how you have it connected to the Arduino.
As for the encoder I stil don't know how to connect it to the controler
