Do you have a 3D printer? If you have, just print what you need. Or you can cut and make the desired plank from a suitable sheet material. I have no idea if anything like this is offered as a finished part.
Imagine the purple plate as the side of any container, steel can, wood box, pipe clamps, parachute, plexiglass... drill holes.
But, before doing that make a paper template of the device face, so you can mark where to drill the holes.
