TapStrap hardware is transferring User tap data to the Bluetooth bridged device via Bluetooth.
If you mean that you want to replace the TapStrap Bluetooth communication with a wired link then
{A} I don't see what that has to do with Arduinos and
{B} you will need to be able to open up the TapStrap and modify its circuit board. That is unlikely to be a trivial exercise as it almost certainly uses surface-mount components.
Do you have a schematic for the TapStrap electronics?
