Hared coding GY-61 ADXL335 Triaxial Angle Sensor calibration?

I purchased an Arduino Nano and a GY-61 ADXL335 Angle Sensor (Tilt Angle Triaxial Acceleration Analog Output Module) to dynamically level a surface hydraulically.

The accelerometer appears only to show relative deviation values. Can I hard code it’s zero reference or store it to an SD card such that it can level my surface on boot?


I powered, leveled, recorded, reboot.

My recorded values were identical.
