When I read it, the lectures from the variables CO2 and TVOCs have the same behaviour; they are just different regarding the magnitude but have the same graphic.
These values don't make sense so there's a problem in your setup. It might be a wrong wiring, wrong code, wrong powering or simply wrong interpretation. We don't know because you neither supplied a wiring diagram nor the code you used.
