Have account, but can't log in to Create

I can successfully log in to this website, but when I select Software from the top menu and and then select the Web IDE, I am sent back to a login screen, and then the system tells me "Invalid credentials" when I try to log in again. Same thing on both Firefox and Chrome, on Windows 10. Ideas?

Did you write down the EXACT login details you used for CREATE ?

It is CASE SENSITIVE unlike this side.

Eg. you can use fredjones or FredJones on this side but CREATE needs it to be exact !

Also asking this be moved to the CREATE section for you.

Make sure you write Paulbianchi with a capital P, as the Create login is case sensitive while arduino.cc is not (we are fixing this). Thanks!
