This week I purchased an Arduino Ethernet Shield (proper one) - I specified the new version which is compatible with my Mega.
This is what I have been sent:
It looks different to the version shown on the Arduino site:
I am worried I have been sent an old version. Can anyone confirm what version I have been sent?

You should've realised that the website is woefully out of date on many subjects, and contains many inaccuracies.
Take a look at how many posts are quoting that the Uno cannot be used with arduinoisp for example.

As a noob, I didn't realise that Texy. I guess, as an open source project, it's up to us all to contribute where we can, e.g. updating the documentation. I plan on helping out a bit when I begin to understand it myself... XD
