Well I guess my final question in regards to this is do you think I should have three or four nop's after the loop? I can't decide if the 1 the out instruction itself takes counts or not, and it doesn't seem to make a difference with my code because enough other stuff is done after the loop to add additional delays. But just for the sake of completeness in case I ever put one loop after another...
