Some kind of crash happened to me this morning, and I'm wondering if I unintentionally muted a bunch of threads. I'm now showing that there were no posts in the General Guidance section between 9 hours and 17 hours ago, and a similar gap in General Electronics. Is there any way to see if I have any threads muted, and if so, unmute them?

For specific topics, I don't think so. However, in addition to muting topics, you can also mute entire categories. It is possible to see which categories you have muted. They are listed under this page in your account preferences:
https://forum.arduino.cc/my/preferences/tracking
So it is worth a look to make sure you haven't muted any categories that you actually want to monitor.
