Having trouble using the newest UTFT library

Hi,

I have an Arduino Due. I connected to it a 4.3" TFT screen that I bought from Sainsmart (this one).

In order to display some images on the screen, I've been using an old version of the UTFT library, which I downloaded about a year ago. All I had to do to make it work, was to add the following line to my code:

UTFT myGLCD(SSD1963_480,25,26,27,28);

Now, I upgraded my UTFT library to the newest version available. I've been trying to run the UTFT_Demo_480x272 example that came with the library with the line of code above, and all I see is a white screen.

I have no idea why I cannot use the new library, while the older one was working like a charm.

Any idea to solve this problem would be greatly appreciated. :slight_smile:

Although I have not yet used the new UTFT library, from what I have read about it, he has disabled many of the boards, so it will run faster. Go to his website and read his documentation for the new library. Make sure your board profile is enabled. He explains how to do this in his documentation.

Have fun.
