Can an HC-05 (MASTER) connect to mobile application?
MY Mobile cant find it
It may be possible but I think you might have to write the Android app, and so your first consideration might be as to why you would want to do that.

not every phone handles bt devices without low energy, like hc-05. current iphones only accept BLE serial devices.
