I encountered many problems while uploading AT commands to the HC-05 sensor. I had bc437 model HC-05 but there is number that 200728 on chip. I tried many ways (3.3v to EN key, pushed to button switch bla bla) and after that I got new HC05 with number 200727. ANd finally thre is no problem at all. I think, 200728 is comig with limited modul for AT commands.
When operating a board via AT commands it is necessary to know if the board is operating at the same baud rate (for example 9600 baud) and if the AT commands need or do not need a terminator, some boards (modules) do not need a terminator and then send terminating commands, usually Return (CR) and Line Feed (LF), the module may not accept the commands correctly.
